is to make our hands , face or body a little wet , then put petroleum jelly on it and massage , it will be more absorbed by the skin and we will feel more softness on it .
to have soft heels specially in winter time is in the hand of it too.
after shower put plenty amount of petroleum jelly on heels , massage well and put plastic cover on bottom of the foot , and avoid walking so it is better to do it before sleep , it is more practical to put sucks on the plastic cover too .
Daily care by jelly of petroleum
when you wake up in morning you will see a smooth heels . dust of weather or ground destroy your skin of heels or body , it enters your skin holes and absorb the water of skin and make it harsh and dry.
repeat it one or twice a week in autumn and winter time .

Petroleum jelly prevents the wound from drying out and forming a scab , wounds with scabs take longer time to heal. This will also help prevent a scar from getting too large, deep or itchy. As long as the wound is cleaned daily, it is not necessary to use anti-bacterial ointments.
