Return & Refund Policy

At Iran Paraffin Wax, we are committed to supplying high-quality industrial petroleum products, including paraffin wax, petroleum jelly, liquid paraffin, polyethylene wax, slack wax, and related products.

Because most of our products are manufactured, packed, or supplied according to customer specifications and shipped internationally, the following return policy applies.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The delivered product is defective due to manufacturing defects.
  • The delivered product does not match the confirmed specification or purchase order.
  • The incorrect product was supplied by our company.
  • The goods were damaged before shipment due to our responsibility.

Products cannot be returned after they have been opened, used, processed, mixed with other materials, or stored improperly by the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products purchased according to customer specifications.
  • Goods damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Products with natural variations that remain within the agreed technical specifications and manufacturing tolerances.

Return Request Procedure

Customers must notify us within 7 calendar days after receiving the shipment.

The request should include:

  • Order or Invoice Number
  • Batch Number
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • A detailed description of the issue

Additional information or laboratory analysis may be requested before a return is approved.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been inspected and the claim has been verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Credit toward a future order
  • Partial or full refund, where applicable

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are available only for products confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied by Iran Paraffin Wax.

Shipping Costs

If the return results from our error, Iran Paraffin Wax will arrange or reimburse the reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is not approved or results from customer error, all transportation and handling costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
