General description of UAE paraffin wax 1-3% oil content

UAE paraffin wax 1-3% ,it means that in this product the slabs of paraffin can have 1% , 1.2% , 1.3% , 1.4% , 1.7% , 1.8% , 1.9% , 2% , 2.3% , 2.6% , 2.9% , 3% oil content and melting point can be minimum 58 degree centigrade and maximum 60-65 degree centigrade.

the color of UAE semi refined paraffin wax 1-3% is semi white in Iranian product and it is middle grade of it comparing below 1 which is the best grade and 5 which is considered as lower quality .

 light grade is used in mild and cold weather countries like : Ukraine , Turkey, Germany , England , Russia ,France , Italy , Norway , Netherlands , Finland , Switzerland , Sweden Denmark , Canada , Australia , New zealand .while paraffin wax 1-3% oil content, heavy grade means the slabs of paraffin wax can have 1% , 1.1% , 1.4% , 1.6% , 1.7% , 2% , 2.2% , 2.5% , 2.8% , 3% oil content , so melting point of  3-5% oil content is minimum 62 degree centigrade and maximum 64 degree centigrade more as UAE semi refined paraffin wax 1-3% heavy grade is used in hot weather countries like : South Africa , India, Pakistan , Kenya , UAE , Venezuela , Thailand , Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq , Bahrain , Jordan , Ghana , Colombia , Brazil .Because if light grade used in hot weather paraffin will be melted and will make problem for delivery.

Semi refined Paraffin wax 1-3% Packing 

It is produced in 5 kg slabs packed in carton plain or marked , pp (poly polypropylene)bags or gunny and there is the possibility of palletizing too. although in carton or bag packing 22 MT can be loaded in a 20′ container by palletizing the capacity will decrease to 17 MT any way it is important for some of the customers to receive the cargo in good condition and safe and we will obey all of the customers ‘ orders .

Uses

UAE semi refined paraffin wax 1-3% is suitable for Candle manufacturing is the main usage of this product specially in South Africa , polishes , electrical insulation assist in extracting perfume from flowers are other main usages , water proof coat for wood , match industry and PVC also use it , tire factories are interested in granulated form of the semi refined this since the amount of the paraffin wax as additive should be quite fixed and exact .
